Payment methods

You can pay for your online order in the following three ways:

• BANK TRANSFER

• Cash on Delivery COD

For those who choose the cash on delivery method, the products come through ELTAcourier and you pay the corresponding amount at the time of receipt.

We remind you that in orders UNDER 100 € the shipping costs (2.50 €) with cash on delivery (3.00 €) are 5.50 €.

For orders over € 100 it is Free!

Shipping methods

Most products are shipped the next business day after telephone order verification, with a partner courier company (ELTA Courier). Delivery within 48 hours!

Product return terms

Products can only be returned in the following cases:

• Which are defective.
• Which are not what they have ordered from the customer.
• In case they come broken.
• In case the items of your order come broken or damaged, photographic material or video is required within 24 hours.
• It is recommended to contact before and after the order for any question.

The cost of returning the defective product to our store, as well as the shipping costs in case the product does not meet the conditions to be classified as defective, are borne by the customer.
